1121 Basmati Rice is a hybrid extra long grain grown in Haryana, Punjab and Uttar Pradesh states of India. It is a slim grain with average length of 8.30 mm+. It extends upto thrice if cooked properly. It's grain is slimmer than other Basmati Rice. It is the different process that differentiate the texture and taste of this rice. There are various process to make White Sella, Golden Sella, Steamed, Par Boiled and Raw White Rice.
